I am a Certified Birth Doula who has been actively practicing in the Seattle area since 2001. My passion is to support families with individualized emotional care and continuity through a positive transition to parenthood. I love what I do! I have worked with well over 400 families since I formed my company, and attend all types of births with all types of families at hospitals, birth centers and in homes. In addition, I am a Lactation Educator and a Labor Support Course Instructor at Bastyr University.  And in the community I serve as a mentor and teacher of doulas through my work as the Certification Chair of PALS Doulas and as a Preceptor with the PALS Doulas Apprenticeship Program, and serve low-income families as a Birth Services Doula with Open Arms Perinatal Services.
